Actionscript 3.0 Flash Slideshow

Actionscript 3.0 Flash Slideshow - View this Project
This is a Flash-based image gallery that I created in my capacity as an employee of Apps Communications. It is completely driven by Actionscript 3 and can be fully modified via parameters passed to it through XML. Users can opt to let the slideshow play through on its own, or they can navigate through it themselves via the thumbnail menu or rollover navigation menu (which allows them to play/stop/mute/enable audio as well).

Tools Used: Adobe Flash CS3, Notepad++

Circuit City: Potential Unlocked

Circuit City: Potential Unlocked - View this Movie (27.1 MB)
Video footage was taken by myself & other employees of Circuit City Store #3121. I then edited the footage & added a soundtrack to tell a 5+ minute story of how both the morale & appearance of the store was transformed in a relatively short timespan.

Soundtrack:
Nobuo Uematsu - "Final Fantasy VII: Lifestream"
Coolio - "Fantastic Voyage"
Sister Sledge - "We are Family"
The Cars - "Just What I Needed"

Tools Used: Sony Vegas Movie Studio 4, Adobe Photoshop 6, Mini-DV Video Camera

Buss Ford Lincoln Mercury Storefront

Buss Ford Lincoln Mercury Storefront
Originally a Ford dealership, Buss Ford in McHenry, IL acquired the rights to sell Lincoln & Mercury vehicles and therefore needed an updated image of the dealership on their homepage that would reflect their new status as a Lincoln & Mercury dealer. Since remodeling the front of the building and re-shooting the photo would take too long, I (in my capacity as an employee of Apps Communications & Dealer Apex) was tasked with editing the existing photo until a new one could be taken.

Tools Used: Adobe Photoshop 7.0

Gambit

Gambit
Everyone is familiar with Windows Paint, and most people are familiar with how difficult it is to do just about anything productive in that program. However, back when I was in middle school, and before I had access to photoshop, I wanted to create some X-Men fanart on the computer, and all I had access to was Windows 95 & the default programs that came loaded with it, so this is what I created. All Marvel comics characters and their likeness are © Marvel, Inc.

Tools Used: Microsoft Windows 95 Paint
